1. Definitions
'Service' refers to the educational courses, content, tools, and features provided through the Clarity Finance platform.
'User' or 'you' refers to any individual who creates an account and uses the Service.
'Content' refers to all information, video, text, and materials available on the Platform.
2. Services Provided
Clarity Finance provides users with access to a library of online courses and materials related to personal finance. The scope of services depends on the subscription plan selected by the User. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only and not to use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. The content provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Services are offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the specified fees. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by you prior to the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All Content on the Platform, including courses, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of Clarity Finance Solutions Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clarity Finance Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Final Provisions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
